  • When should we start looking for a house or apartment for next year?

    It used to be you could wait until January or February, but this year students have started renting in October.  Get your group together and find your property early so you aren't left out.

  • What houses and apartments do you have available?

    Our selection is different every year.  Many of our tenants renew, so go to our Available Properties page for a full listing.


  • How many Bedrooms?

    Each property is different.  Please go to the Houses  for a full discerption of our properties.


  • What is the address of the properties you have available?

    Each property address is listed under the Available Properties page.


  • What is the price?

    The rental amount varies with each property and its location.  Please contact us for the most up to date pricing. 

  • What type of deposit is required?

    We require a security deposit that is the equivalent of two months’ rent.  Example:  if your rental amount is $1000.00, you would be required to have a security deposit of $2,000.00.


  • Do I collect interest on my Security Deposit?

    Yes, you collect interest on the security deposit.  The amount of interest is determined by the State of Maryland’s law regarding security deposits. 


  • What paperwork is required for me to sign a lease?

    You will need to have fully filled out student information sheetsparent information sheetsparent guarantor sheet, copies of students and parents drivers licenses and the full security deposit.


  • When is my first month’s rent due? 

    The application fee is due at lease signing. This makes the move in process much easier since students tend to forget to turn in the first month’s rent and thus delaying their move in. 


  • How can I receive a Lease?

    To ensure you have the most up to date version we don't post the Lease on the web site.  Please contact our rental office by clicking HERE!


  • What do I need to do before moving into my property?

    You need to contact the utility companies and have the utilities placed in your name.  Please go to tenant information for a list of utility companies and how to contact them.


  • What do I need to do about my utilities when I move out?

    You need to call for a meter reading. DO NOT have them turned off.
