We hope these links help answer any questions you might have about the City of College Park and how to contact all the Utility companies.

City of College Park

The City of College Park is where you get your parking permits and pay your parking tickets. A link has been provided so you may go and look over all the rules and regulations the City mandates. The City of College Park web site will also provide you with all the information you might be wondering about, such as regular trash pick-up, special pick-ups when you move out and much more.

Utility Companies

Prior to moving in to your house or apartment you will need to call and have the utilities placed in your name and when you move out you should call and have a final meter reading set for the last day of your lease agreement.  Do not have the utilities turned off!  When you leave for Winter Break do not turn the heat off, and do not turn the heat below 65% to ensure the pipes do not freeze in the dwelling. If you ever think that you smell gas please call the gas company immediately, leave the house and then call us to let us know.

Living in College Park

The Living in College Park Booklet was given out during your lease signing.  If you have missed placed it and would like to look it over; please click the link above.  It contains everything the city needs you to know like trash pick-up days, recycling and much more.  It also contains everything the City can, and likely will, fine you for at some time.

Office Directions

From the North Gate on campus go South on Route 1/Baltimore Ave. Turn left onto College Avenue. Follow College Avenue Approx. 6 blocks to the corner of Rhode Island Avenue and College Avenue. You will see a dry cleaner on the corner. Drive through intersection and make first left into the parking area. We are the office in the back. The front is a plumbing company. Please feel free to contact us if you need directions from another location.
